-01 cylinder and piston type receiver Bucket, built in stainless AISI 304 material, with mechanical nut screw actuator for power and determination of sweet dough.
-support System with mechanical arm to hold the upper part of the piston system with motor gearbox, allowing disassembly only by removing the barrel.

-01 set of jaw (little ball to sweet) diaphragm type cutting with vertical movement, structured in cast aluminium with plastic sliding blades and back geared motor driven and eccentric unit with a variation of electronic frequency inverter cutting.

: the sweet dough is placed in the back, where is forced by mechanical actuator nut screw, generating the mass transfer (sweet) for the head trainer. Head trainer, the product being produced already acquires the geometric shape. At that stage of the process, there is a transfer to the court system and format. The system works with JAWS that open-close movement synchronized with a vertical movement provides that the products to be produced (Brigadier, Kiss, cajuzinho, eye of mother-in-law, petit four, gnocchi, etc.) get the desired weight and shape.
-the shaper EVOLUTION 2500 is equipped with motor with speed variation and thus enables a wide range of weight and shape of the products to be manufactured ranging from 15 to 100 g, reaching a production of 2500 PCs/hour.
