Glass Bottle Washer The machine has 8 wet and dry cleaning stations. The sequence in which the media will be used is in accordance with the customer's request.
Exit station.
Here the conveyor pliers open and the slider arm pulls the objects into the exit channel. Objects are pushed into the output magazine by pressing the following objects.
Short Overview of Functions Objects are positioned upright on the feed table, with the openings facing up. Feeding takes place manually by an operator. Each work process can be processed from 1 to 3 objects at a time, depending on the machine configuration and the size of the objects.
The sequence of the individual work processes is:
Conveyor belt. At each programmed step the conveyor carries the objects coming from the input rotary table to the position where they are caught between the open conveyor pliers, which will hold the objects in the middle of the body and then close immediately. After the pliers close the belt lowers so that the vials do not screw in the pitch.
Inversion station of pliers. The objects are rotated 180 ° so that they open upwards.
Cleaning stations. While the pliers are stationary, the needle holder moves to one and plunges the washer needles into the openings of the objects from the bottom.
According to the cleaning program, washing is carried out with liquid or gaseous medium.
This washing or drying process with the various cleaning means is repeated eight times in total until the objects have passed through all the cleaning stations.
Internal wash: Needle 1 & 3: Industrial water. Station / Needles 5 and 6: WFI or Osmosis water.
Needle Station 2, 4, 7 and 8: Sterile Air. 8th
External wash: Station 1, 2 and 3: WFI or Osmosis water.
Season 4 and 5: Sterile Air.
Return the objects to the input position.
In this season the objects will be rotated 180 ° again, so that their openings are upwards. 2.3 Additional Stations. The machine is equipped with the following additional facilities:
