With a vertical cylindrical body constructed of AISI 304L stainless steel.
Features a flat, flanged top cover with a structure and guided lifting system for the top, a flat, flanged bottom cover, a hydraulic piston pressing system on the top cover with a fixed compaction plate and linear guides for tray support.
With a centralized bottom agitation system in the top using a homogenizer.
With a heat exchange system using a half-pipe coil located on the sides and bottom of the tank in AISI 304 stainless steel.
It has thermal insulation in rock wool covered with welded AISI 304 stainless steel sheet and a conical bottom, support provided by four (04) tubular legs with a support plate fixed to the floor and adjustment by screws, other nozzles and accessories.
It was acquired for the production of syrups from the infusion process, however the equipment has never been used.
