Application:
System for Mixing Dry / Liquid Ingredients in Sanitary Conditions.
The Mixer provides fast and uniform mixing in continuous or batch processes and is extremely compact and simple.
Manual valves are supplied as standard, but we provide the equipment with pneumatic butterfly valves to control the flow of dry ingredient through a funnel.
Through auxiliary controls, the equipment can be easily integrated into an automated system. It can also be adapted for installations.

- Operation:

Dry part:
Dry ingredients pass through the funnel and a vacuum created by the mixer draws them into the diffuser. The dry material remains separated until reaching the butterfly valve which is used to close the hopper outlet when all the dry material has entered the mixing chamber.

Net part:
Liquid is simultaneously pumped tangentially into the diffuser. It drains through the walls and enters the mixing chamber simultaneously with the dry ingredients.

Mixture:
Mixing starts at the “eye” of the rotor, inside the housing. The Tela serves to increase the mixture making the powder more hygroscopic. The final product is either directly pumped for processing (continuous mixing) or re-circulated in the mixer (batch process).
