It was used to perform the chemical synthesis of pine oil and to extract other essential oils through distillation, such as eucalyptus.

Main tank with internal Teflon coating and 316 stainless steel with an approximate capacity of 200 liters. It has an agitation system with a rotation of 300 rpm.

With EPDM rubber sealing system.

With a belt heating system, currently operated by 9 resistors, operating in cracks, in addition, there is a heat containment cover.

Distillation system with an approximate steam condensation capacity of 40 kg/h.

Water tank cooling system, the pump is responsible for moving the water inside the distillers.

The system operates up to 120°C.

The equipment's power board can operate up to 120°C.

It has a secondary storage tank with an approximate capacity of 150 liters.

Upgrades made:

- Introduction of a stainless steel curve to use the equipment as an Allihn condenser.

- Addition of hoses resistant to water pressure and temperature.
